Promo code problems

hi, I encountered a serious problem when Promo code was used to buy SS: TGS Digital + Physical.[:(]
When you enter Promo code, "Starshatter: The Gathering Storm - Digital + Physical" change "included" to discounts price.
so, The price doubles.[:@]

Twice the price have been pulled down from my Debit card account though it actually bought.[:@]
now, I am requesting the refund from the customer service....[:(]

Other people must take care.
