Second Lebanese War Battleset

Hi all,

Since the July War (as the Lebanese call it) I kind of followed the newspapers and built (so far) three scens with OOB as they are/might be today.
I had a lot of fun imagining what battle might erupt; and as usual spent a lot of time 'helping' make the AI be a stronger opponent.

The first scen 'Katyusha Hunt' is largely an air war where Israel is surrounded by neutral and hostile neighbours (some of them have not made up their mind!). Basically I thought it be nice to make Israel attampt an ultralong version of the Osirak mission to cut off Katyusha rocket shipments at the source, in Iran!
The scen is fun (IMO of course) as the range is critical and as the Iranian forces are large though not very sophisticated.

In the second scen 'Unifil', Israel tries to continue to attack Hezbollah units in Lebanon and Unifil tries to prevent that to 'keep the peace'. In this scen I did more work to try to prevent all out war and keep conflict to a minimum. The result is a game that could mimmich RL (well almost) but also illustrates how it can blow out of control in seconds!

Scen 3 'Blockade' was made after NATO-countries started deploying ships instead of soldiers. I thought I'd give them something to do and as its Harpoon, this is an all Navy game. I researched how many neutral ships might be found in the area and then put in about 1% of that! The result is a staggering task to search for enemies amongst the neutrals.

Hope you enjoy these games, playable in H3.6 and H3.7ANW. Any comments are welcome and if you read something in the Headlines that could be a nice next scen in this set let me know!

This scenario is takes particular advantage of the Visual Sighting bug that was fixed Harpoon3: ANW. Previously, in H3 v3.6.3, ships were easily identified at very long distances. Now, with ANW, you have to do it like they do in real life; up close and personal. [8D]
