Okay, don't ask why, but I have to know, if you wanted to delete a league, how would you go about it?

If you want to delete a league outright, delete the league file (lge_) and the teams folder (Teams__).
 
For example, if you want the USIFL to go away, delete the lge_USIFL file and the Teams_USIFL folder.

Yep.. and the opposite is true as well. If you want to import a league, just drop the lge_***.mdb file and the folder containing the team art into the game folder, and the game will import them.
