Grigsby's WAW/AWD Crash at Start

Game appeared to install fine. Went in, set up a Total War campaign as Germany, with slight modifications to prefs (Fog of War enabled, etc.) Immediately upon launch, I see North America for a second, with a small text block about setting map scroll speed or some such, then a complete crash to desktop. I tried to launch two other times and same result. I have a P4 2G, 1G RAM, GeForce4 Ti with latest Nvidia drivers, DirectX 9.c. Any ideas?

Finally fixed the problem.  I had older Nvidia drivers installed (61.xx) due to conflicts between another game and more recent drivers.  I put on an 8x.xx series and it solved the issue.  Thanks!
