amphibious into spain

Is there any reason I cannot launch an amphibious assault in (German occupied) Spain from England. I have sufficient transports, supplies and it is not winter. Am able to amphibious to France or Holland but not Spain. Thanks for any ideas

Do you have enough amphib points in the sea zone adjacent to Spain?
