SSG- Europe Ablaze

Post by Jorm »

Well we are getting a remake of CAW.. :-)

One of my favourite SSG games of those old days was "Europe Ablaze" ( i had initially misnamed it as "their finest hour ). Any one any hints if a remake of that gem is on the horizon ?
For those that never played it was similar to the talonsoft battle of britian, but came out years before BoB and as i recall was just as much fun to play.
What made it great was its fast combat resolution and comprehensive ( for the time scenario/databse editor

I still have fond memories of crushing the polish airforce in the Case White "type it in yourself" scenario a from a RUN5 magazine
:-)

I loved that game too, and would be interested in a new version of it.
