Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.
As a rabid member of the PFLWK (popular front for the liberation of whale-kind), we are disgusted with this image of our whale-bretheren being subjected to the dangers of foolish humans... [:-][;)][:D]
Perhaps this is impossible, but in any game I'd like an option to view the calculations behind the combat, like in Neverwinter Nights, where you can check out the numbers if you feel the result is unfair or incomprehensible.
Sarge, the screen looks good (I'd lose the whale myself though). Need any assistance? I am eager to give this game a shot of steriods to beef it it. It is an excellent engine but I find it lacks the punch necessary to give me that true Napoleonic experience.
I'm looking into adding some new tunes. I've got all the nation's national anthems plus some other very cool period music and military music. Going to try to see if that stuff can be added without screwing things up.
Sarge. The screen shot does look great and I would like to see that as part of an update. But Avalonhillfan and wonkguy are right, the whale needs to go.
