Help! can't Reply!

Ok, For some reason I am unable to comprehend
this new board will not let me add a reply to a thread. Why?
I can start a new thread, and I can add a reply to a thread that I have started.
I have (obviously) sucessfully logged on.
I tried Subscribing to a thread, but that dosen't allow me to post a reply either.
I haver tried every reply button present in several threads, and they all dump me to the same
permission denied screen.
Down in the forum rules box, it says that I CAN post replies to threads.
So what am I doing wrong????

I don't know, Possum. I just tried and it worked fine for me. I used the Reply w/Quote button in the bottom right area.

Admin. please delete this thread.
The Problem has been fixed, but now I can't delete the thread I started!
