Registration and Tech Problem

Post by SMGalbraith »

When trying to register the game, the drop down list of available products doesn't include the game. How can we register the game?

Second, I've got a problem with the third "panel" (larger picture) when I select Start, Single Player "America" and the "Tutorial" section. The first two panels/screens of the map on the right are clear; but the third graphic/image down is all "squiggly" (colored lines) and unreadable. It's like the .bmp files were corrupted during download.

The screens for the other campaign (Hungary) appear fine.

Pretty sure it's not the video drivers or software since everything else is running fine. I've got 1 gb of memory on a 3 ghz computer running Windows XP. All video files are the latest (AFAIK).

Thank you.

Could you send us or post a screenshot about the problem?
Please also include detailed system specs.

Thanks.

Vacations plural? I see this place falls completely apart without Eric. [:)]

Yeah, and Erik is spelled with a "k" [:'(]
And from what I know "vacations" is absolutely okay

Thanks.

Re the above problem with the graphics.

Here's a snapshot of the problem. This only happens with the bottom screen; first two segments are very clear. Sorry for the size; should have cropped it down.

System specs: Compaq Presario SR1010Z, Windows XP, 1 GB memory, 2.3 ghz, McAfee running in background, Compaq MV 940 monitor (it's big and old).

RE: Screen Shot
FWIW I got exactly the same problem with the demo using the on board SIS grapics on one machine. When using any of three different ATI or Nvidea Graphics cards no problem. I have yet to buy or try the full version.
If you are near Medford Oregon Check out,

You left out the most important : video card type and video memory.
Also please contact us at this email: info1848@yahoo.com
I will likely send you an executable to try out.
