35% Discount? How to get it?

It said in a thread that existing owners can get a 35% discount by entering a registration #.

So, I entered my serial # in the PROMO box and hit apply, but no discount.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you type your serial number in complete with dashes and try re-doing it a couple of times to make sure you had no typos? Did it give you any error message?

You have to enter your serial number here (and not somewhere in order processing) in order to get a promo code. That's how it worked for me when buying AWD.

Yep, I used dashes once and no dashes once. I'll try punching it in again. no error message

If you just do a "Froogle" search, you can get it even cheaper than the 35% discount. I bought mine for $23.70 (download version).
