No, there aren't teams in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island or Newfoundland & Labrador. Nor are there any teams in any of the three territories.

When putting my Expanded League together, I stuck to the three largest Canadian Cities that don't have a team already: London, Halifax and Quebec City.
