Multiple Reactors?

In this mod that I am working on I am looking to have my ship make use of more than one fusion reactor. Larger ships might use three or four. Furthermore, Most of my ships use solar panels, for which I would like to create a reactor for each.

Obviously, I can get around this by just multiplying the max_output figure by how many I have, but that takes out the rendundancy factor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, here's what I've found. The game will seem to allow up to 4 reactors of various kinds (i.e. 2 primary, one aux and one battery). However beyond that, while the game seems to function, if you try to access one of the reactors via the engineering screen you get a CTD.

Hmm, in that case, I think i will merely combine power-ratings and hull-factors to account for "multiple reactors"
