Global Database edditing

Hi all
Just keen to find out if there is a way to globally edit stats in the databse for WPO, i know there is a way to do it in WiTP by export/importing into a spreadsheet. But is there such an editor etc for WPO ?
For example if i wanted to chaneg the experience for all squadrons by a fixed percentage is there a quick way to do this or do you have to manually edit them one by one ?
