Computer Control Of Teams

I setup up the batting lineups, choose my 5 starters and my closer as was wondering if I let the computer control this team will it
change my starting pitcher rotation and closer???? I created a league with 8 teams and all my teams have starters in the relief role.
I would like to keep the starting 5 man rotation and closer that I have chosen.

There are options under "Player Usage" on the player card to lock him in the lineup.
