Stalingrad and The Cacasus

This is a TAOW3 scenario I downloaded from the Wargamer. Has anyone else played it. The "House Rules" are a bit restrictive, but without them, Russia ceases to exist....rapidly.
After deciding to follow the rules (solo), I turned out to be a challanging, balanced game.[8D] I wonder if anyone else has an opinion.

J. Stalin, 1936-1941...A. Hitler, 1933-1945. W. Churchill (very rarely, and usually in North Africa). F. D. Roosvelt (smart enough to let the generals run the war).
