I have Brighthouse cable in Central Florida. Never had more than a couple outages in six years due to a bad outside line and nowadays download is about 7Mbps [:)]

I have a 10 meg connection from Charter cable and had a top download speed of 732 (took 20 min), so that must be Digital Rivers top speed for their servers. Usually your ISP is what limits your download speed, but today my guess is the bandwidth available to Digital River is being taxed by everyone trying to download the game at once.

A couple of quick notes for anyone experiencing download issues:

- If you can't see the game in the Store, try the Buy Now links on the Games page to go directly to it while the store cache clears
- If you have problems getting a clean download, try a free download manager like www.stardownloader.com

question = I could only get the digital download version - I was thinking you could also order both boxed and digital download version with Matrix ? Can you upgrade later on ?

Physical copies and Physical+download combo will be available in th next 5-7 days. We will announce this here on the forums. It always takes a few days for the production of CDs and boxes.

It's available by phone, but not the US net.Link. And ONLY as a digital download. What about those of us who want a disc as well?
