Theater recon (-1) bug

I believe this bug was first reported in ACoW, but I've now definitely run into it with TOAW3.

The bug occurs when you create an event with a Theater recon effect; if you enter the value -1 as the Theater recon effect value, the text entry box (along with the value) DISAPPEARS.

One way to clear this up is to select a different event effect for your messed-up Theater recon event, say Enable event, then the text entry box will re-appear. Enter a value other than -1 and change the event effect back to Theater recon 1 or 2.

Bottom line: you cannot currently enter -1 as the value for a Theater recon 1 or 2 event effect.
