Starting game and i get this ?

That's the game trying to play the loading videos.  Does the game still run for you after this?

I believe the video codecs were not included in the installer, which is why folks that don't already have them installed (either from our other games, or with Windows) are seeing this. I've brough it to the attention of our production guy, who will update the installer. In the meantime, we'll upload a codec installer later today that folks with this problem can run.
