help! the game is great but kind of unplayable on my machine. (P500 128MB Diamond v550 vid card) at a certain point, usually right after the fusion age, the game will hang. the diplomacy screen is useless to me since the game usually hangs when i call it up. tried using the patch but it didn't help. any ideas on this matter?

I take it the upcoming patch will let those of us using fast cache machines to finally play the game? Waitiing patiently, but still waiting...

Perhaps it's a VIA Chipset Issue along with a Duron at 800mhz with a nVidea Gforce 2 Ti 400 Video Card. Unfortunately, this game just locks up at the start. Even the patch (V 1.1) wasn't a success. All the other Matrix Games I have work fine. In fact this is the only game I own that crashes. In an older thread you mentioned that cache fill rates exceeded the games expectations I this seemed like a reasonable answer. Hopefully, you guys can resolve it. I'm patient.
