So much for my thin but flowing withdrawl,,, my front line has collapsed, most of my fallback regrouping areas have been overrun and I have no consolidation of retreat,,,my commandoes have arrived too late to be real effective in anything but some rear area recce, maybe some unit harrassment, and if I'm real lucky maybe find an HQ!!

you've got that right ALBY, I should have called for reenforce but thought their first wave would have peetered out, giving me time to run,,,also thought my commandos would have appeared sooner.
lets see what I can get out, and what the final score will be.
LOOK what my commandos did find!!

This is courage. I would've hit the F9 (surrender) key a couple of turns ago. You're gonna defend to the last man, aren't you?

Request reinforcements. It may be too late, though. If you can recapture those VHs, you may minimize the level of defeat.

shuttleing units and establishing firing lanes to cover or retake VH's,and trying to remove lesser useful units from the battle field is a nightmare with C&C on but i've knoticed if a unit stops and will not continue without orders,u can unload the crews or passengers and leave them in the hex with the vehicle.{ as if their lost and got out to look around and get bearings}after a couple of turns the crew will reload the vehicle, usually on their own,and usually with a few movement points,AND orders points to allow u to move alternately to your objectives flags!!

Can those guys get that vehicle repaired?  You have a random chance of that happening.

OH Gunny, your gonna love how this one ended,,,, I'll give u a clue, turns,32/32.
and no I wouldn't do a "TOO THE LAST MAN" to any of my core intentionally,,but u know how I like to have ALL my units on the board no matter how insignificant,,have a ride,,, and how I love to incure with annoying "time consumeing",attention taking{distracting}behind the lines boys!!,, SO watch and SEE!!!

I thought I had done a rather poor deploy that didn't take full advantage of co-grouping arms and stacking units on one placement,,because in a low vis situation, placement in source areas for concentration of fire is the best protection, and most time consuming to the enemy,,[make him have to call Arrty on your position, gain more casualties from probing attacks]THE AI actually had to over run this mortar pit!!
