It is possible in the Utilities (from the Quick Start screen).

There is a table in the maindata.mdb. Here you can edit the attribute ranges but you need a programm which can open and overwrite Access97. BTW OpenOffice will not works here because this table has no database key.

There is a database viewer at TBirds site. I used it to change something in a league database...It appears to have worked, the change showed up in game

This has a different file format.

copy that.  2007 allows you to keep 97s settings.  it worked.

changing the LBs speed really helps.  LB should be in closer range to RBs speed.
