help, fatal error 818?

i downloaded this game, found it was buggie, i downloaded the patch and now i cant load game, says fatal error 818 , 1 second into the loading process??
why? plz help i am far form a computer wiz and any sugestion would help, I WAS JUST ABOUT TO INVADE LEYTE HELP PLZ

Have u tried to install 1.8.04 Comprehensive patch ?

I just tryed that and still, the second i start the game it says fatal error 818?[&:]
 
i dwonloaded the game, would deleting the whole file and redownloading it help me?
any ideas would help ty

Go back, remove the game then reinstall from original media ... apply no patches ... then just run to see if the error still happens (if it does, then games was 100% deleted - so make sure it is 100% deleted including registry data!!)

Then we'll go from there ...
