Offsides error, game freeze problem

In arcade mode, both an Indoor and Outdoor US game, while adjusting a defensive lineman, if he goes offside and makes contact, the center seems to stand up with the ball, run to the side and just stand. Cant do anything after that. All I could do was exit the game. I did notice that during the outdoor game, a DB was standing next to another, and running in place, so it wasnt a total freeze of the game, just cant go past this point after the offside.

I am currently only using the default playbooks
