Muster in D.C.

Post by Feltan »

Which Governor is impacted by muster attempts in DC? No Governor is shown. Is it a freebee?

Expanding. There seem to be a couple of river provinces that have no Governor associated with them.

I have not noticed any of the river provinces EXCEPT the DC one that doesnt effect Governor support. I will pay more attention next time I conscript or muster in any.
Favoritism is alive and well here.
