On the cave: bypass if possible. They can only be destroyed from the front, so don't waste explosives on side or rear attacks.

ya flash, my best results have been with a smoking of the entrance hex, and not blowing the fort,, even if all the caves crew only get misc.small arms, theres usually about 20 of them in there and I got to get to the objectives[X(] but when I do kill the fortification,I drive a tank into the pre-smoked entry hex and "ROck their world.

I purchased a couple of ammo dumps, that I ringed with super-heavy LOW quality and strange valued and ranged Artillery?? keep in mind I'm playing on VER. 8.4 but some of these #'s for them being support are pretty sad!!

the second ammo dump is located on railway tracks, so the drive too and from is fast, and I don't foresee any problem moving these big guns up!

Ummm....Value is how much the unit is worth if destroyed; it is calculated AFTER the actual Experience and Morale ratings are determined. Cost is how much the unit cost you to buy it; it is determined by the Base Experience rating set for the year when bought. Unit Cost will not match the Value; Unit Cost is not even shown on the Unit Data screen.

Your 17cm Kanon units have atrocious Morale ratings, and their Experience ratings aren't much, either. That's why they are rated so low in Value.
