Simple question for someone at Matrix

If i bought some games from Matrix using creditcard, and later have changed the card and also have not saved the ordernumber from purchase.

I will not ever be able to RE-Download the games again?

Well it sure gets very tricky then. And this could be only handled via Tech Support and Digital River. IIRC that this was done in the past.

But generally (not only with us) you should keep backups of receipts and order info.

What you should do is note the credit card number and print out the order information, then keep it somewhere you will also find it when needed.

Well, sent an message to suport at End of november and I have still to get a valid reply, they dont seem to eager to help.
 
Anyways I beleive I have most of the games already downloaded to a computer i will have avaiblabe again next week.
