Is there any ways on the playoffs the first and second seed award a first round bye?[:)]

Sure, you just don't create a game for them in the first round.
 
Make the first round(s) your 3rd place and lower teams. Then in the next round, you take the winners of the previous round and match them up against the divisional winners. There's a toggle for switching between listing the divisional winners and the winners of the previous rounds.

There only two "restrictions".

a) In every round one game has to be played. That does not mean that every team has to play.

b) The last game is the championship game.

So you can create almost every possible playoff system used in the world of sports.
