How do divisions get replacements?

Crown of Glory: Europe in the Age of Napoleon, the player controls one of the crowned potentates of Europe in the Napoleonic Era, wielding authority over his nation's military strategy, economic development, diplomatic relations, and social organization. It is a very thorough simulation of the entire Napoleonic Era - spanning from 1799 to 1820, from the dockyards in Lisbon to the frozen wastes of Holy Mother Russia.

How do divisions get replacements?

Do depleted divisions receive reinforcements? How? It's a simple question, but there's no information about this in the manual that I can see, in either version of the manual.

Yeah, the game system automatically send replacements to your depleted divisions.  The amount of replacements you have for this purpose is set by your Draft settings.  What units get the most replacements is set by how in supply they are, with being in supply in a city the best off in this regard, IIRC.  I'm pretty sure the manual does cover this somewhere, when it tells what the Draft settings of your Economy do.

Thanks for the help. I hadn't thought to look in rhe "draft" part of the manual; needless to say, it's rather long & therefore difficult to read from end to end!
