Several Questions

I read in one of the AARs that there are plans for a 1.3 patch. Any timeline on when it will be available? I am interested in the additions that were mentioned (Russia and France).

I have noticed in the 1920 4 year scenario that I have been playing as the Allies that the Japanese are not using very many BBs or CAs. When I checked what was going on by setting the scenario to human Japanese most of their capital ships were docked in Japanese ports - not even in TFs. Is that normal for AI scenarios?

My CA, CL and DDs are devastating the Japanese APs and AKs which seem to be operating with very few or no escorts. It's over a month into the campaign and the Japanese have not taken Manila or Clark Field (the latter is completely undefended, as I withdrew into Bataan).

I am really enjoying this game but am beginning to have doubts about the AI.
