Underway replenishment

I like to report something: It is, as far as I know, not a bug, but a part that has been disabled in Harpoon 3 / Harpoon ANW.

Underway replenishment;

I do not mean the underway ammunition supply, but the supply of fuel. I can remember that it was there in the old fashion H2AE, but it has been disabled in Harpoon 3 and as far as I could check, Harpoon ANW as well.

I checked it with and OBD-scenario [Battle of Bengal, 3rd Global Conflicts Battleset]. The AOR 1 USS Wichita is being escorted by a Perry-class frigate. I tried to refuel, but only was able to get ammo. In realtimes the function of an AOR/AO is to replenish ships with fuel too, in my opinion, a essential part of scenarios that take several days [par example escorting Atlantic convoys or long-distance transit missions at full/maximum speed].

Is it possible to re-install this feature in ANW as well? [and would it impossible to re-install that function in H3? I mean, I still prefer to play with Harpoon3 instead of ANW due to all -Beta-related problems]

I'm curious, will the database editor be released to parties known for stealing/plagarizing other players work?
