Next is the 162nd Inf Div. I want to move the HQ unit one hex to the SW and set him up
with min. losses and tac. res. mode. And the three regements are to attack the Soviet
stack to the South there.

Now to move the 256th Inf Div. The HQ unit is to move two hexes South and set up in
tac. res. mode at min. losses. Two regiments of the division are to advance one hex SW
and the remaining regiment is to attack the Soviet stack to his SW. The two regiments
that moved had too few movement points remaining to take part in any first combat round
attacks. Also, to complete the surround on the Soviet stack, I moved the 84th regiment
of the 8th Inf Div one hex to his SW and the 57th Korps moved as shown in the picture.

Now to move the 87th Inf Div. The HQ unit is to move one hex S and one regiment is to
move one hex SE and all three regiments are to attack with min. losses settings. The HQ
unit is to go to tac. res. mode and adopt min. losses settings.

Next is the 102nd Inf Div. The HQ unit is to move two hexes SE and one regiment is to
move one hex SE and attack the Soviet recon unit at min. losses. The other two
regiments can't attack in combat round one.

Now to move the 129th Inf Div. The HQ unit is to move one hex NE and one hex SE and
set up in tac. res. mode with min. losses settings. One regiment is to move one hex SE
and all three regiments are to attack the Soviet division.

Next I want to move the 5th Korps to finish the surround on those two Soviet units.

Now to move the 5th Inf Div. The hex where the three regiments of this division are
parked is stacked danger orange. Unacceptable in my book. So I move the 25th Panzer
regiment of the 12th Panzer Div. one hex and I move the 22nd Kradshutz recon unit of the 12th Panzer Div. out of the hex. Two of the three regiments of the 5th Inf Div are to
conduct regular attacks at min. losses and one regiment is to conduct a limited attack so
as to guarentee that the surround on the Soviet units won't be loosened.

Now to move the 35th Inf Div. The hex where the regiments are parked is danger
yellow. So I move the 7th Panzer Regiment of the 7th Panzer Div out of the hex to
reduce the stacking from danger yellow to green. The three regiments of the 35th Div are
to attack at min. losses and the HQ unit is to adopt min. losses and tac. res. mode.

Now to move the 6th Inf Div. I move the HQ unit one hex N and since the hex where the
regiments are parked is overstacked I move a lot of Panzer stuff outta there. I move the
Panzer units because I want to preserve their strength for later in the turn. One of the
units is a recon unit and I can use him to start a surround on these Soviet units. The
three regiments of the 6th Inf Div are to attack the Soviet unit with min. losses settings.

Now to move the 26th Inf Div. The HQ unit moves one hex NE and the three regiments
move one hex NE and two of the regiments attack at min. losses. The third regiment
spent too many movement points to participate in the first combat round. But at least he's
in a good position for round two, if needed.

Now to move the 7th Panzer Div. Most of the nearby Soviet units are in wooded terrain
and as you many already know, wooded terrain isn't favorable to motorized/mechanized
units. And besides, I really don't much want the Panzers to get off the road if possible.
But the Panzer Div does have some recon units so, I use one of them and some nearby
HQ units to complete the surround on one Soviet unit.

Now to move the 12th Panzer Div. I decided to attack that Soviet MP unit with the 4th
Panzer regiment but the hex he's attacking from is stacked danger yellow. So I moved
the tank regiment outta there and the stacking is reduced to green. I'd really rather save
the strength of the Panzers for later in the turn after they've moved almost their full
movement points somewhere.

Next is the 19th Panzer Div. I use the tank regiment and one of the mech. regiments to
attack, at min. losses, the Soviet division. I needed to move everything else out of the
hex to reduce the stacking danger orange to green.

Now to move the 255th Inf Div. I needed to move one regiment into the hex with the
other two and assigned all three of them to attack the Soviet unit at min. losses.

Now to move the 31st Inf Div. The HQ unit moves one hex north and adopts a tac.
res. mode at min. losses. Two of the divisions regiments move one hex NE and
attack the Soviet stack at min. losses. The third regiment would have raised the
stacking level to danger yellow. Rather than do that I elected to move him further
to the north and complete the surround on the soviet units. At least he's in a good
position in round two of this turn.

Next to move is the 34th Inf Div. The HQ unit moved one hex to the NE and adopted a tac. res. mode at min. losses setting. Two regiments are set to attack the Soviet MP
unit. The third regiment has already moved too far to participate in the first combat
round.

Now let's move the 45th Inf Div. Actually the HQ unit and the regiments of the division
are already committed to the attack on the Soviet pillbox complex in direct attacks at
min. losses.

As you may know already, the 1st Kay Div is pure recon....so I moved them to finish the
surround on two Soviet units as in the picture below. Also the HQ unit moved one hex to
bring 2 Soviet units within range of it's howitzers.

I have no good place for the 267th Inf Div to go so for now let's move the HQ and all the
regiments to the spot depicted in the picture below:

Now to move the 3rd Panzer Div. As you can see from the picture below most of the
division moved somewhere, nobody has enough movement points to participate in the
first combat round but a few surrounds were finished. Everybody was set to min. losses
and the HQ unit is in tac. res. mode.
