When did they add the screen shots?

World in Flames is the computer version of Australian Design Group classic board game. World In Flames is a highly detailed game covering the both Europe and Pacific Theaters of Operations during World War II. If you want grand strategy this game is for you.

Dave called me a week or so ago and said they unexpectedly had an extra page in the Matrix Games fall catelog. He asked me for a text writeup on MWIF and a couple of screen shots - but only gave me about 90 minutes to generate them. It looks like they have found another use for those screen shots.

I feel pretty positive about what Matrix Games did here.
I would like them to finaly begin to create the http://www.worldinflames.com/ page now.

With publicity about the game about to begin, it seems that the beta version updates are becoming quite  urgent so that testing can proceed again. Even with the CWiF engine as a base, there were several outstanding bugs in the CWiF program that will need time for resolutions in MWiF.

Now there's an understatement. I have about 70 bugs remaining from the spring beta testing and another 30 I have created/identified during the past 3 months while replacing the interface components.

Now that the player interface elements are almost complete, I am turning my attention to eliminating enough of the bugs so I can upload version 3.00 for the beta testers.

Why not make http://www.worldinflames.com/ redirect to http://www.matrixgames.com/games/game.asp?gid=296 ?
That would at least be more information than today.
Or add a link to both http://www.a-d-g.com.au/ and http://www.matrixgames.com/games/game.asp?gid=296

I'm realy looking forward to MWIF! I tried the boardgame a few years ago, but I think its too many rules to forget while playing and remember when its too late, I need a computer to handle the sequenze.

I'll mention it to Erik Rutkins at Matrix.

As for the sequence of play, I just posted my latest graphic of that in the thread MWIF Code Modules - posts #9 and following.

And you think it isn't "intuitively obvious to the casual observer"?[:D]

I trust you know what to do, and I just keep on waiting. No problem waiting when there is a good treat at the end.
