camps

now camps produce men but were do they go are they automattically assigned to certain brigades. how does it work?

They are automatically assigned, but pro-rated out by the level of supply your organizations are set to. The higher the level of supply priority, the more replacements the unit recieves.

the tabs on top of the main bar at the bottom of the screen have some interesting detailed info, it will tell you where/how many replacements went to what units.

He is referring to the report tabs not the Events tab. In this instance the supply report which tells exactly how many supplies and reinforcements were received by each unit in the previous turn. The tabs appear when you move your cursor close to the top of the control box - thats the information box below the main map. If you have come across the battle report already its in the same row of tabs. Sorry can't manage a picture.
