Now I want to move the 57th Inf Div. I want to this division to move as far as they can to the SE to the positions indicated in the picture and confront the Soviet roadblock in turn 2.

Now I want to move the 9th Inf Div. I want to this division to move as far as they can to the S to the positions indicated in the picture and act as a blocking force.

Now I want to move the 11th Panzer Div. This division is to move to and prepare to assault the Soviet armour unit that's blocking the road. After the Soviet armour unit is destroyed they are to move south and destroy any Soviet units they encounter.

Now I want to move the 297th Inf Div. This division is to move as far SE as they can and prepare to assault the Soviet roadblock in turn 2.

Now I want to move the 16th Panzer Gren. Div. I want these guys to assist with the reduction of the Soviet armoured roadblock. After that they are to head SE and destroy any Soviet formations they encounter.

Now I want to move the 25th Panzer Gren. Div. I want these guys to assist with the reduction of the roadblock. After that they are to head SE and destroy any Soviet formations they encounter.

Now I want to move the 1st SS Mot. Div. I want these guys to serve as the right flank of our thrust to Kiev. They are to clear the roads and serve as a blocking force on the right flank.

Now I want to move the 16th Panzer Div. I want these guys to assist in the reduction of the roadblocks and the destruction of Soviet forces between here and Kiev.

Now I want to move the 262nd Inf Div. I want these guys to move to and prepare to assault the Soviet division to their south. The assault will take place in round 5.

Now I want to move the 24th Inf Div. The HQ unit is to provide indirect fire and one regiment is to assault the Soviet unit to its south. One regiment is to move south one hex as depicted in the picture below:

Now I want to move the 257th Inf Div. One regiment is to move north to finish the surround on the Soviet unit. The rest of the elements of the division are to take part in the "final" round attacks.

I find that I can more accurately place the artillery if I move them after all the other land combat units have moved.  So now that all the land combat units have moved I'll move the pioneers, railroad engineers, and arty.  Then I'll move the aircraft to better positions ( if they are available now ) and then I look over all the attacks and make sure none will take more than 40% ( since 60% of the turn remains, 40% is gone ) and that ought to do it for the third round.  Then I'll pull the trigger and watch the combats take place.

I flew all of the Stuka squadrons except two down to Romania within range of the shipyards at Sevastopol so I can attack the Soviet ships there. There are so few movement points left in the aircraft that the attack will have to come in the "final" round of the turn. The two I didn't fly down there: (1) is the guy who attacked the Soviet battleships twice....he's in the 30's for readiness. I flew him to Germany to recoup and I replaced him with (2) a fresh one flown up to Finland especially for more attacks on the Soviet ships around Leningrad.

Here's a list of the air missions for the Axis aircraft squadrons. Those fighters on combat support are known to be out of range for air superiority missions and there aren't that many unoccupied or underoccupied air bases left on the front lines so I put them on CS missions instead. Maybe it'll do some good. There are lots of Soviet aircraft yet but most of them are out of range of the Axis fighters. The Axis bombers are largely on their own I guess. The lack of a strategic bomber by the Axis is beginning to show....I'm going to have to move the bombers up to the frontline airbases soon so that THEY will be within range of Soviet aircraft. I'll leave that move to the "final" round however.
