re-downloading game

Post by benway9 »

i bought the game from ageod back in july 06. i tried to download from their website and it said my time to download had expired. does anyone know who i can contact to get my download? i have sent several emails directly to ageod and have gotten no reply. i gave them my money, i want my game. i still have the email with the order number and serial number.

i'm starting to get annoyed by this. my computer crashed and i lost my original download. now i cannot get it back.

1) It's New year's eve week-end in France, no wonder you don't get much answer today. However, I got an answer from Pocus this very morning and I see he has been posting here this afternoon. Where and when did you send your several mails? Send a mail to support@ageod.com with your details, your problem can be easily fixed.
(BTW: Tip, when I use digital download I copy the files on a CD in order to prevent this kind of incident [:)])

2) If you are an AGEOD customer, why didn't you post on the AGEOD forum? The answer woud be much more direct [&:]

Yes, they are VERY quick over there at the BoA website and YES it is New Years Eve...so i'm sure you'll be taken care of[;)].

Hello again,

Strange, I checked my mail 6 hours ago and processed then (and have no such request). I now got one from Peter B. requesting that, and I responded to him. Are you another person? The sentence 'i have sent several emails directly to ageod and have gotten no reply.' sound kinda strange to me, we are always at work, kinda [;)]

Maybe your email crashed too. From what I have experienced and witnessed, AGEod have some of the finest customer support out there. Heck, they could be the poster child for exemplary customer service.

Standard disclaimer: again, from my own experience.

yes, i received the file.  thanks for all your help.  i believe my previous emails requesting help on this issue were sent to
service@softela.fr  apparently that was the incorrect address to send my request.  thanks again for your prompt response.
