Sir:

You talk out of both sides of your mouth. In america we call that person a liar.

Your position of the company, to my complaint, was the following:

I think the fact that we solved the problem for you with a refund, that is not standard, within a simple week (during our holidays) ads a lot to our reputability.

Really?

You are totally wrong about a refund. You don"t even know how your company operates. Here is the email you sent me.

Dear Ron,

Thank you for your refund request. Please accept our apologies;
however,
the product that was ordered is ineligible for a refund. This is
outlined in our refund policy, located at:

http://www.digitalriver.com/dr/v2/ec_ma ... 42&pn=1#q1

Your request for a refund on order number 124371338 has been denied.

Thank you for contacting the online store's Customer Support. If you
have any further questions or concerns, please "reply" to this e-mail.

Sincerely,
Anita C.
Customer Care Center

So now you are lying to me and other customers? What do you have to say about that?

I see you are posting questions about games of World at War: A World Divided that you are playing, apparently without a problem. So what game are you specifically griping about? Just curious.... Your postings make it sound like you have purchased a single game from Matrix.

Must be Forge of Freedom or StarShatter II which do have some pretty stiff hardware requirements specified CLEARLY.

Isn't it really honorable of Matrix to leave your threads online for people to read (and judge)? A lot of companies would just wipe your comments out of existence instead of giving you a forum for slander.
Love & Peace,

Far Dareis Mai

My old Piczo site seems to be gone, so no more Navajo Nation pics :(

RomanEagle,

Based on your e-mail, the person you spoke with works for Digital River, not Matrix Games. They run our online store and have to abide by our policies to the letter. If you'd like to discuss your order with us, please e-mail us directly at support@matrixgames.com and erikr@matrixgames.com as I asked on the other thread. Locking this one up too.

Regards,

- Erik
