New sudden death overtime scoring bug

Version 1.3.139
CPU vs CPU, U.S. Rules 11-man
In sudden death, when the winning team scores a TD in OT, they are kicking the P.A.T.
and it is counting, when in fact it should not be kicked at all, the game should end after the 6 pts are scored.

This has been changed.
