I hope you are planning to install Linux, Robert? Ubuntu is highly recommended.

Mynok,

Will WitP run on Linux? I've found the Ubuntu site, but haven't been able to find out anything about running windows applications.

I honest don't know about Witp on Linux. There is a Windows API for Linux called WINE that will run a lot of stuff, but not everything. It is not the easiest to setup either.

Much better just to dual boot to Windows to run the games.

There is a product called Xen which is basically a virtualization layer for Linux. Once the new virtualizing processors are out, you will be able to run an unmodified Windows virtual machine under Linux.
