Loading Amphibious Commands

Post by GTGSAILOR »

I am playing a campaign game as the Allies. It is now Jan 44. I have two Amphibious Commands in SF that will not load onto any ship. They are the V and VII Amphibious Force. I have tried on to AK's, AP's and LST's. I have placed all areas under human control. They show as attached to South Pacific and Central.

How do I get these guys loaded and into the forward theaters????

Amphibious Command Ships (AGC's) are the only vessels that can load Amphibious Forces. You use them by loading them on AGC's and having them stand off the beaches WITHOUT off-loading, so remember to set the TF to Do Not Unload. This means that the AGC should be in a TF by itself (along with escorts, of course).

GTGSAILOR,

You need to load them an an AGC - see pages 99, 187 & 208 of the manual for more info on AGC's.
