Damaged Elite Units

My impressionis that elite units that are damaged are not coming back as veterans when rebuilt. I'm not sure of this, but I can't recall getting a veteran unit as a reinforcement - although I have had elite units damaged occasionally. I was wondering if this was a known issue or if others have noticed this?

IMO it would be better to reduce experience of the damaged unit. So that if you have damaged elite unit and repaired it, elite status should be downgraded to veteran status... IMO That would be better solution...

Per the rules (5.7), that is what is supposed to be happening - elite units are supposed to return as veterans. I am wondering if this is working correctly or not?

I had a chance to formally test this and I can now confirm that damaged elite units are returning as ordinary units, not veterans. I am sending a save in to the developers.

We'll add this to the bug list for a future patch (it missed the current patch). Thanks for letting us know of the problem.
