1. Will normal LAN play be possible or will it be "hot seat" type style?

2. will modification of ships take place like the IJN ISE or any of the sea plane tenders??

[don't bite my head of if they are silly questions im new :D .].

no LAN, just hotseat and PBEM

Only minor changes on ships in UV (addition of AA weapons over time). WitP may be different.
