Why are my AK' & AP's suddenly

loading fractionally? The tankers are fine, but convoy TF I create are evenly splitting about 1/3 of their capacity and heading out? Also, I know how to replenish fuel at sea, but came you restock ammo at sea as well?
Thanks in advance

Are you doing load troops or load troops only? Does the base the TFs leave from have enough supply to fill the convoy? I think allied AE will only replenish at sea begining 1945? Not sure about IJN.

You can only restock ammo at sea - from AE ships in Replen TF - from Jan 45. See manual 14.2.1 (page 187)

Also take a look at the Op points. If your ships refueled the same turn you are loading troops they will use up op points and this can make loading troops screwy sometimes.
