looking to DL 1.010 - where is it?

Gary Grigsby’s World at War is back with a whole new set of features. World at War: A World Divided still gives complete control over the production, research and military strategy for your side, but in this new updated version you’ll also be able to bring spies into the mix as well as neutral country diplomacy, variable political events and much more. Perhaps the largest item is the ability to play a special Soviet vs. Allies scenario that occurs after the end of World War II.

I agree, I really need it too. And for our game too Chris.... US doesn't get the bonus 15 readiness if Japan attacks... that's a real game spoiler....

testers can get it on the tester ftp site. Erik says it will be up in the member's club soon and probably out next week to the public. If you can't get it any other way you can email me at 2by3@2by3games.com and I will email you the advance copy (no installer but there are only a few files so you can unzip them fairly easily yourself).

Don't bother Joel with e-mails. [8D]

As promised, the v1.010 update is now posted as a Registered Download in the Members' Club. Just grab it from there. It will see an official release ASAP, but this is the official patch.

Regards,

- Erik

Okay, I'm completely dense, but there are times when I read this forum I think that a parallel forum must exist that some people are replying to...

As far as I know, I'm a registered member. The forum greets me as such, but heck if I know where to find the 'secret' member's club or the registered download thread. Do I need to not only register the game, register the forum, but also find the secret handshake and register there too? Seems a rather complicated way to upgrade a game.

Could some vast, vast brain spell it out clearly for me? [&o]

Thanks

NEVER MIND!!! I FOUND MY DECODER RING!!

But really, should it be so hard to get a patch?

I finally figured out that the secret handshake is registering a second time (in the member's club-not just for here on the Forum.)  Not sure why but even after installing 1.1, the version number in the game opening screen still reads 1.08......

That shouldn't be the case when using the update from the Members' Club. It's showing 1.10 for me.

Select the Members item at the top of the screen and you can sign up there (it is different from the normal forum).
