Non-Delivery of Disk

I ordered 'BoA' on 23/12/06. Got the download version after a false start but to date and after 2 emails to 'support@matrixgames.com'without any reply, I have neither, received a shipping order nor the disk itself: Please see my order confirmation below:
All of which I have sent to support@matrixgames.com. It seems that I am being completely ignored!! WHY?

Hi Donald,

I have no idea why you haven't heard back, but I just sent a query to our support tonight to find out. I will also follow up with Digital River to find out about the order. I know that, as with Forge of Freedom, Birth of America physical copies were delayed because they were part of the new printed manual process which we put in place for the first time just prior to the holidays. To my knowledge, they have now started printing and shipping. So the good news is, you _should_ receive it soon AND it will include a color printed manual. We'll track down the exact information for you though.
