Double-dipping on Delay of Game penalties

I was playing a quick-play game to try out the keyboard interface rather than the mouse. Because I was unfamiliar with the set-up, I got a few delay of game penalties while on offense. On all instances, the penalty was applied twice. The sequence of events was as follows:

- Start play after the time clock had hit zero
- Play runs as normal (this is different than previous releases, before a delay of game would automatically result in a penalty and not allow the play to run).
- At end of play the whistle sounds and the "penalty choice box" appears showing the penalty and the new set of downs (e.g. 1st and 15 on 47).
- While the "penalty choice box" is still displayed the whistle sounds a second time. The yards to go is incremented, but the yard-line does not change (e.g. 1st and 20 on 47).
- The "penalty choice box" disappears and play continues with the new set of downs with the double penalty applied.

After noticing this, I started deliberately running down the clock and verified that this happened every time I received a delay of game penalty. The only difference was that one time the penalty applied was 8 yards rather than 5 so the new set of downs was 1st and 18 and then 1st and 26 after the second application of the penalty.

Feature request: When using the keyboard interface, could you allow the keypad numeric (1,2,3) keys to be used as well as the numeric keys at the top of the keyboard? If that is supposed to work, it wouldn't for me (yes, I had the Num Lock key pressed).
