The Fuel Is Gone!

I've been playing Scenario #19 as a PBEM with V2.42 and now V2.50 and have a constantly recurring problem with my subs around the NG area. The latest episode was a sub with 7K+ fuel on 1 turn and the next turn 0! What gives? The sub has 4 sys damage and that's it, no battle damage. That's one hell of a leak! Is it even worth mentioning this bug or is there a chance of it being corrected? If there's a chance I'll email 2 consecutive turn saves to the proper place. Otherwise I guess I'll just have to assign my subs to a safer, less target rich area. It's a shame to lose the use of subs as they're such a valuable asset.

Interesting. I hope that you are wrong - but I would not rely on it.

Strange that disappearing aircraft may now be disapearing fuel. Strange also that it's with some Submarines, whereas before it was with C-47's.

I had this problem appear before the latest patch.  I have it still after the patch.

Subs attacked from the air during a turn burn a lot of fuel. May also simulate damage to fuel tanks. Only seems to effect US subs however......[:-]
