[ and 30% of the turn is left ]

[larryfulkerson]

The 1st Panzer Division has decided to give it the old college try ( to destroy the Soviet unit barring it's path to the east side of Riga ).

[larryfulkerson]

The 254th Inf Div is going to try to force that Soviet Fort out of a potential flanking position on the Soviet division to the fort's south.

[larryfulkerson]

The 21st Inf Div is still trying to get off the river bank and onto the bridge into Jekabpils. They are assaulting the Soviet airborne unit in town from across the river...a tough job.

[larryfulkerson]

The 206th Inf Div is going to try to get that smaller Soviet armour division to move so they can get a flanking shot on the larger armour division to their SE.

[larryfulkerson]

The 269th, 32nd, 121st, and 251st divisions are assaulting the woods to the NE of Daugavpils trying to dislodge the Soviet airborne regiment so they can get a flanking position on the Soviet armour. Or perhaps they should try to take out the Soviet division protecting that arty battery first.
