looking for slow pace july 1861 game

advanced settings (yes, i am bold (or foolhardy?)) with hidden and random general stats, more generals
CSA emancipation is negotiable ( maybe as a houserule: only to be used as a last ditch defense by the south)
slow pace means about 3-4 turns a week; work does not allow more.
since we have oficial house rules for pbem, Union power +2, richer economy and faster sieges on is open for discussion

Since you and I seem to be the only players looking for PBEM opponents right now, perhaps we should consider everything negotiable and see if we can find sufficient agreement to play a game.
