2007 Schedule and Roster Updates?

I just bought this game and I was wondering if anyone knows about a patch to update the game to the 2007 MLB schedule and rosters.

As a new purchaser, you should probably read this thread if you haven't already.

Given the the fact that PureSim uses the Lahman Database to "import" real teams, and the Lahman database is only updated after a season, there have never really been any good roster sets that support the upcoming season. That being said, it's not impossible to do so, just a lot of work for someone to make all the right player moves in their spare time, and then post the association for others to download.

So far, I haven't heard of anyone undertaking this task.
