What is CHS

Can someone explain to me what the CHS mod is all about please? many thanks....

Since it was seen very early that WITP was going to be a very popular and long-lived AND long playing classic game, several of the players decided to do some research into the OOB's and, having noted several errors and ommisions in the stock (vanilla) game, corrections and additions were made.
Andrew Brown contributed in a great way by correcting the distances of locations on the map and created 2 totally different maps.(One was good to use with the "vanilla" game parameters, the other map was "enlarged" to include the Panama canal and Aden in the Middle East.
With a truly monstrous and versatile game as WITP, these (and other mods) have only served to strengthen the hold this game has on the wargaming community.

Thanks for that reply, as you have probably guessed I am relatively new to WiTP and am trying to find out the best way to play it.....

There are a number of scenario mods around, of which CHS is one. For more info on CHS, you can look at the CHS web page.

Hi Andrew, I have installed all the map extensions and have been playing a scenario to see what it looks like, my question is should the Ship art all look like the official stuff or have I done something wrong somewhere??
